Questions about Accelerate ERP

The questions Acumatica partners actually ask, answered plainly. If yours is not here, the contact form reaches us directly.

Woman analyzing data on multiple screens

Start here

Accelerate ERP automates the repeatable phases of an Acumatica implementation and is bought by the partner delivering the project, not by the client receiving the ERP. It is in beta, with general availability planned for January 2027.

What it is and what it does

  • What is Accelerate ERP?

Software that automates the repeatable phases of an Acumatica implementation: requirements analysis, connecting the target environment, configuration, deployment and data migration. It is bought by the implementation partner delivering the project, not by the company receiving the ERP.

  • What exactly does it automate?

Five things. It reads the client’s requirements documents and returns a module plan. It connects to the target Acumatica tenant. It generates a structured configuration plan across every module area in scope. It deploys that configuration into the tenant. And it validates and migrates customers, vendors, stock items, non-stock items and trial balance.

  • Does it replace my consultants?

No, and it is not built to. Discovery, deciding how to model the client’s business, change management and owning the relationship all stay with your people. Accelerate takes the configuration screens and the data loads in between.

  • Which ERP platforms does it support?

Acumatica financials, meaning GL, AP, AR and Banking, is the launch scope. NetSuite and Sage Intacct follow, with SAP Business One and Dynamics 365 Business Central after that.

  • Whose system does the configuration end up in?

The client’s own Acumatica tenant. Accelerate connects to the live instance and creates the records there, exactly where they would have been if a consultant had keyed them in by hand. Records that already exist are detected and skipped rather than duplicated.

Availability, cost and getting started

  • Is it available now?

It is in beta. General availability is planned for January 2027. Before then we are working with a small number of founding partners who run it on live client engagements.

  • What does it cost?

Three tiers, set by how many implementations you need running at the same time: three, ten, or unlimited concurrent projects. Each includes a one-time onboarding engagement. We quote per practice while the product is in beta rather than publishing rate cards.

  • What does it not do?

It does not run discovery, decide how to model the business, manage change or train users. It also does not automate historical data migration. Bringing prior-period GL activity and open AP, AR and PO documents across is a documented procedure using Acumatica Import Scenarios and supplied templates, not a one-click import.

  • What is a founding partner?

A practice that puts Accelerate into real client projects before general availability. Founding partners get preferential pricing, a direct line into the product roadmap, named founding-partner status and early access. In return they bring a live project, some consultant time, and candid feedback.

  • Who is behind Accelerate?

Craig Silvestri, who spent twenty-five years in ERP across implementation and sales, more than fifteen of them in the Acumatica ecosystem, including a decade running an Acumatica VAR he founded and later sold. He is a Certified Acumatica Professional and an Acumatica MVP.

Still deciding?

The question that settles it is not on this page. It is what your last three Acumatica implementations cost you in weeks nobody billed for.
